Spectember original post

Thalassodromid — An unnamed thalassodromid in the plumage of a Toco Toucan.

Pteranodon — Pteranodon used to be the largest flying animal known before the discovery of azhdarchids. It had long thin wings and would have been a good soarer. This one is based on a photo of a Recurved-billed Bushbird.

Hatzegopteryx — Hatzegopteryx in the plumage of a Channel-Billed Toucan, looking snazzy.

Quetzalcoatlus — Quetzalcoatlus showing off its papillae, the keratinous serrations on its tongue and roof of the mouth. These would have helped keep prey from slipping out of the mouth.

Yawn Button — Cooper, my cockatiel, yawns when I scratch his ears. Would dinosaurs have done the same thing?

Quartet — Lambeosaurine nasal passages ran all the way through their crests. What sounds do you think they would have made? We can't say for sure it wasn't Barbara Ann.

Aarakocra — An Aarakocra character I drew for my homebrew campaign.

Mountain Pachy — Pachycephalosaurs have a lot in common with goats. Would they have been similarly good climbers?
